Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries is seeking a Team Leader to join our integrations team. You will initially manage a team of 10 employees, with potential growth as the nursery group expands.

You will communicate objectives, motivate the team, and assess performance, while assisting management with hiring and training and ensuring policy adherence. You will oversee invoicing, site funding reconciliations, debt management, and ensure submission deadlines are met across allocated nurseries.

Qualifications

• Background in a finance department with deadline-driven approach.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ employees across allocated nurseries, with maternity cover.
• Support Billing & Collections Manager and act in management duties when needed.
• Oversee team inquiries, resolve problems, and ensure quality and guideline adherence.
