Entanet International, Ltd. in Telford is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including billing, dispute resolution, credit control, direct debit processing and cash allocation.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing, debt management and strong financial controls in a busy telecoms environment. Within 12 months, a transition from three legacy billing platforms to a single cloud solution is anticipated; you will help shape and deliver this change.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years' experience in billing.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable and credit control.
• Experience managing monthly billing processes within telecoms or a recurring revenue model.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare timely, accurate bill runs by validating data, usage, and pricing against contractual terms and schedules.
• Monitor aged debt, manage end-to-end collections, optimise dunning processes, and handle Direct Debit collections and cash allocation.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports, including aged debt analysis, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and cash collection forecasts.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support the annual statutory audit process.
