Job summary

euNetworks is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist on a 3-month FTC in London. The hybrid role is based in Canary Wharf and covers end-to-end invoicing, AR activities and cash flow support.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and a proactive approach to process improvements. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end invoicing and AR processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivots.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM.
• English language proficiency.
• Relevant accounting qualification (AAT or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice monthly customer invoices accurately and timely in line with terms.
• Support e-invoicing rollout, including testing, training and change management.
• Manage customer accounts, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
• Handle credit control, collections and overdue accounts.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance teams for service delivery.
