Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable cycle and reconciliation
• Support e-invoicing rollout including testing and training
• Liaise with Account Managers and finance teams to resolve billing queries
• Perform monthly close tasks and assist audit requests
• Maintain data integrity across billing systems and drive process improvements
