Job summary

euNetworks in London, United Kingdom, is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Billing Generalist to own the end-to-end AR cycle—from invoicing to cash application. You will prepare monthly invoices, manage collections, and support cash flow forecasting, while collaborating with Account Managers and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in AR and billing, excellent Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP, and an accounting qualification (AAT or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Years of demonstrable success in Accounts Receivable and Billing, with a solid understanding of end-to-end invoicing processes, account reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience in Credit Control and Collections, including managing aged debt, resolving disputes, and driving timely payment performance.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM/ERP platforms; ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Accounting qualification (e.g. AAT or equivalent) or strong practical financial acumen.
• English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management: prepare and issue accurate monthly invoices in line with contractual terms.
• Support process improvement and projects, including e-invoicing rollout and eventual ownership.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts with billing accuracy and payment tracking.
• Serve as the point of contact for client billing queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Execute credit control procedures, including payment collection and cash application.
• Process billing adjustments, credit notes, and corrections with due regard to financial implications.
• Contribute to cash flow planning and forecasting processes.
