Saepio Solutions Ltd is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist in High Wycombe to own end-to-end AR, improve invoicing efficiency and drive automation across order-to-cash. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure timely invoices, payments and resolve billing issues, with a proactive approach to reduce manual tasks.

The role requires at least five years in finance operations, strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced cybersecurity

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in finance operations or accounts receivable (AR).
• Proven invoicing, payment collections and outstanding balances experience.
• Experience implementing automation or workflow efficiencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AR process, ensure invoices are accurate and issued promptly.
• Proactively manage outstanding invoices, send reminders and secure payments.
• Monitor payment performance and balances to support cash flow.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve customer queries with internal teams.
• Contribute to automation to reduce manual administration and improve efficiency.
• Streamline order-to-cash workflows with Sales, Operations and Vendor Management.
• Maintain records of communications, invoice statuses and payment commitments.
• Provide regular updates on invoices, payment performance and process improvements.
