Job summary

Kinetech is seeking two experienced Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialists for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting a newly established Billing & Collections team within a fast-growing global SaaS organization.

The ideal candidates will have strong billings and accounts receivable experience, with hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce. This fully remote position prefers candidates based in or around London for occasional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS, Software, or Subscription-based business.
• Familiarity with usage-based billing or subscription billing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the newly established Billing & Collections team.
• Shape processes and contribute to business transformation.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager to develop a high-performing function.
