DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Lutterworth or Liverpool. This permanent, full-time role focuses on accurate invoicing, timely billing, and driving continuous improvements in the billing function.

You will manage invoices, credits, and collections while ensuring adherence to DHL processes and KPIs. The role requires strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a dynamic logistics environment.

Contract: Permanent

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. Working within clearly defined guidelines and best practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You'll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you'll work towards-and exceed-key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
