DHL Supply Chain in Liverpool is seeking a Billing Analyst to support our billing operations on a 3-month secondment/FTC. You will manage invoices, collaborate with Accenture and internal teams, and drive improvements to billing processes.

Ideal candidates have a financial background, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detailed-oriented approach. This on-site role offers a supportive team and parking on site.

Formación

• Experience in billing and invoice processing.
• Financial background with intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Raising sales invoices and credit notes.
• Collections—first point of contact with Accenture and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup.
• Access self-billing portals using customer portals.
• Manage daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs.
