Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Liverpool is seeking a driven Billing Analyst to join our high-performing team on a 3-month secondment/FTC. You will own billing activities, ensure invoices are produced accurately and on time, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues while striving to meet KPI targets.

Billing Analyst

Location: Liverpool
Grade: RCS N
Contract: 3-month Secondment / FTC
( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, company discounts, parking onsite)

DHL Supply Chain, an award winning, world class leader in logistics, is looking for a driven Billing Analyst to join our high performing team.

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. Working within clearly defined guidelines and best practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You’ll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll work towards-and exceed-key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
