Qualifications

• Financial background with experience in Excel

Responsibilities

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls
• Raising sales invoices/credit notes
• Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup
• Access self-billing portals (customer portals)
• Manage daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs
