Billing Advisor

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Billing Advisor to work for a large utility company based in Reading.

JOB TYPE: ongoing

LOCATION: Reading (RG1)

HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.

THE ROLE:

• To manage customer billing workflow.
• Creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Managed data entry, ensuring data accuracy, and maintained customer accounts.
• Processed payments accurately and promptly and reconciled accounts receivable records.
• Answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
