Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Cash Collector to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in the collection of outstanding receivables, ensure timely payments, and support internal coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in finance and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and ensure timely collection of payments.

  • Contact clients via email, phone, or other communication channels to follow up on outstanding invoices.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment activities.

  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Legal teams to resolve disputes, clarify contract terms, and ensure smooth communication with clients.

  • Assist in developing and implementing new collection processes and support continuous improvements in workflows.

  • Participate in the preparation of aging reports, collection summaries, and audit documentation.

  • Escalate problematic accounts following internal procedures and support resolution efforts.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or currently pursuing studies in a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills and professional written tone.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

  • Basic understanding of accounting or credit control principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments.

  • Fluency in English is required; Russian is preferred but not mandatory.
