JOB TITLE: Billing Administrator

LOCATION: Glasgow

CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover - full time

SALARY: Competitive

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team as a Billing Administrator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Play a pivotal role in the month-end billing process and the production of key accounting reports.
  2. Assist in running reports for the Senior Management Team.
  3. Assist in raising Purchase Orders.
  4. Support weekly and monthly billing procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A proactive approach.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
