Job Title: Billing Analyst / Billing Administrator

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working - 3 days in the office)

Salary: up to £28,000

Contract type: Permanent

Purpose of the Role

Ensure accurate and timely customer invoices and reports, supporting various departments to provide clear, customer-friendly information. The role promotes teamwork to achieve the best outcomes for the organization and customers.

What You'll Do
  • Billing integrity checks
  • Running test bills and rating reports for new products and tariffs
  • Liaising with suppliers and billing providers
  • Managing tickets in the billing queue
  • Preparing for bill runs and issuing invoices
  • Investigating billing issues and proposing solutions
  • Maintaining billing process documentation
  • Refreshing Power BI reports and updating presentations
  • Supporting the introduction of new products/services for go-live readiness
Requirements
Essential
  • At least 3 years of telecoms billing experience
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Understanding of call data records
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Desirable
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Telecoms experience, preferably with the Affinity platform
