Finance & Billings Assistant

Salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 (DOE)

CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance & Billings Assistant to join a fantastic legal firm based in Edinburgh. The role is hybrid after an initial office based period, and you will be joining a friendly business who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:

You should be an enthusiastic individual, looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will have experince working within the legal sector and have previously worked in a similar role.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fee notes/bills
  • Assisting with fee reviews
  • Supporting the broader finance team with financial tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Legal sector or professional services experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Office & Excel
  • iManage and 3E systems would also be an advantage, but certainly not needed.
