You like getting invoices out the door right the first time. We like people like you.

You've worked in billing or sales ledger for a couple of years now. You're confident with Excel, sharp on detail, and you know how to spot a query before it becomes a problem.

This billing administrator role pays £26,750 and puts you at the heart of a Finance team that's doing more than ticking boxes. It's part of a growing, fast-moving business. You'll play a direct part in bringing cash in the door - accurately, consistently, and with minimum fuss.

What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the billing process across multiple platforms and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. That includes:

  • Raising and issuing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Consolidating billing across multiple divisions
  • Handling ad-hoc and portal billing with ease
  • Resolving queries from the central billing inbox
  • Investigating and correcting invoice errors
  • Communicating with internal teams to get ahead of issues
