Love Success PLC is supporting a global professional services firm with four Recruitment Resourcing Specialist roles based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The positions are predominantly remote, with occasional Newcastle office attendance during training.

You will source and screen applicants, manage pipelines, and coordinate hiring across English and French speaking markets. Fluency in English and French is essential, along with strong communication, attention to detail and proficiency using

• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsabilités

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and identify suitable candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current and future vacancies.
