Job summary

Love Success is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Resourcing Specialist - French Speaking to support recruitment across France and Europe. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Newcastle and some initial training in the Newcastle office.

You will source, screen and engage candidates, work with recruiters and hiring managers, and maintain ATS data to deliver a positive candidate experience across multiple projects.

• Fluent in French and English with recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing, recruitment or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with recruitment systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks and databases.
• Review CVs and conduct screening calls to assess skills and language.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to match role requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and provide summaries.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment reporting and process improvements.

Duration: Until August 2027

Work Type: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Newcastle)

Training: Flexibility to attend the Newcastle office for a few days during the first few weeks for initial training

Rate: £150.60 per day + holiday pay

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join a growing recruitment and resourcing team.

Our client is a well-established global organisation with a strong international presence and a growing European team. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to support their recruitment activity across France and help identify and engage high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and internal databases.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience and language capabilities.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• Provide candidate summaries and recommendations to recruitment teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Track sourcing activity and contribute to recruitment reporting and improvements.

About You

• Fluent French and English
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems.
