Job summary

Innovative Trials Limited seeks a Bilingual Patient Navigator to support clinical trials in Dutch, French and English. This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on patient outreach, study logistics, and empathetic support across Europe.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, prescreen digital leads, document interactions in a helpdesk system, and collaborate with CRAs and sites. Flexible schedule, up to 8 hours per week initially, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Language fluency in English, French and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Minimum of two years in clinical research or related field.
• GCP certification and HIPAA knowledge are required; MHFA is a plus.
• Proficient with helpdesk systems, Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Independent, self-motivated contractor capable of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual participant outreach and empathetic support across trials.
• Handle prescreening calls and manage study logistics with accuracy.
• Document interactions in a ticketing system and prepare summaries.
• Collaborate with CRAs and clinical sites to ensure follow-up.
