Job summary

Re:Cognition Health is a leading provider of clinical services specialising in cognitive impairment. They seek a Patient Navigator to convert leads to sales, meet trial bookings, and support revenue targets while maintaining strict ethical compliance.

The role involves telephony-based engagement, pre-screening for self-pay services and trials, and data management within the CRM in the UK. Flexible hours are offered with a discretionary commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Essential: Life sciences/medical science degree or similar with min 2:1.
• Experience of working in telephony services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Be based in the UK and available to work 30 hours a month/5-10 hours a week.
• Be available to work during 9am to 1am.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with hot and warm leads to offer self-pay treatment pathways.
• Conduct telephone pre-screening questionnaires for potential patients.
• Ensure all messaging is clinically accurate and ethical.
• Maintain knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and treatments offered.
• Support enquirers with empathy and professionalism.
• Deliver on revenue targets in line with ethical compliance.
• Manage patient referral websites and portals and ensure timely communications.
• Ensure data entry into the RCH Patient Recruitment Database/CRM is accurate and timely.
• Manage patient retention communications and keep records up to date.
