Havas Lynx Faze is seeking a compassionate Patient Services Adviser to join a fully remote team in a part-time capacity. You will act as the first point of contact for individuals exploring clinical research opportunities, conducting initial screenings, and guiding eligible participants.

Formación

• Experience in a contact centre, customer service, patient services or telephone-based role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective participants.
• Perform initial screening calls using approved scripts.
• Determine eligibility against study criteria and explain opportunities clearly.
• Record interactions accurately in internal systems and maintain GDPR compliance.
• Support recruitment goals by collaborating with sites and stakeholders.
