Job summary

Sysco International is seeking an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the change lifecycle, assess requests, and ensure governance excellence across IT services. You will drive risk and impact analysis, support CAB activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve change success rates and reduce emergencies.

The role requires Six years of IT Change Management experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and relevant certifications; hybrid work with office days in Ashford or Hemel

Qualifications

• At least six years' experience in IT Change Management or Change Enablement.
• Strong ITIL knowledge, especially Change Enablement and Release & Deployment Management.
• Experience with risk assessment, impact analysis and configuration management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms is advantageous.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline; ITIL v4 Foundation cert; cloud certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT change lifecycle and assess change requests.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Ensure compliance with change management policies and audits.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to reduce emergency changes.
• Support Change Enablement, Release and Deployment Management practices.
