Candidates should be fluent in German and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong web research abilities. Qualifications

• Fluent German speaking, ideally to A2/B1 certified.
• 1 year technical support and/or other problem-solving experience preferred.
• Customer service background is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Read, write provided text for Real Time Incidents.
• Coordinate and adapt to multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Record findings using appropriate software.

Skills

Excellent Communication Skills in both German and English

QGIS skills
