GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a German-speaking Support Analyst for our UK team in Slough. You will combine data-analysis support with customer service, handling real-time incidents and cross-language communication.

You will perform web research, maintain accuracy across projects, and collaborate across teams. A graduate or customer-service background is valued; strong attention to detail and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in German and English (read, write, email etiquette).
• Graduate ideally; customer service background is a plus but not required.
• 1 year technical support or problem-solving experience preferred, not mandatory; familiar with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, write and format Real Time incidents and maps data updates.
• Coordinate between workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct web research to identify patterns and trends; document findings.
• Record findings with notes using appropriate software.
