Job summary

MSX International in the United Kingdom seeks an Automotive Helpdesk Engineer to liaise with Dealership personnel and project teams on Vehicle Case Histories, trends, and analysis. You will collaborate with Customer Engineers and staff on Helpdesk issues, obtaining clarification from Group/Team Leaders when required.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working (2 days in office) and 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have customer service experience,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record data into a computer system
• Participate in training / product information exchange with appropriate data sources for up to 4 weeks per year including overnight stays as required
• Accept other assignments (responsibility for items of equipment, literature, Customer data systems, analysis, investigation, ISO9000 etc.) as determined by the Group Leader / Team Leader / Project Management
• Write and circulate data to other Helpline Engineers / Project Management / Customer / Customer Dealer staff when necessary
• Complete and provide information for Company documentation as necessary (Travel Expense Reports, Corrective Action Requests, Timesheets)
• On an exception basis, make travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as required
