MiniMed in Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks Afrikaans and English to join our hybrid team. You will support UK and South Africa customers using our diabetes care devices, providing empathetic, accurate guidance and resolving issues on calls and through systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data documentation, and collaboration with sales and technical staff to ensure high-quality customer support and adherence to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and oral.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task across systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel, delivering safe and reliable technical assistance.
• Accurately document customer feedback and troubleshooting performed on calls.
• Maintain on or above-target call quality standards and manage time to meet KPIs.
• Serve as liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
