Job summary

THREE60 Energy Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Business Development & Proposals Associate to drive new opportunities and manage high-quality bids and proposals across Wells service lines. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and craft compelling responses that secure contracts locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and tender/proposal coordination.
• Knowledge of Energy markets preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination, preparation, and submission of EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and tenders with quality and compliance.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle from planning to submission and post-submission activities.
• Act as focal point for bids, coordinating internal contributors and stakeholders.
• Develop, edit, and format proposal content to align with client requirements and win themes.
• Maintain records in CRM and knowledge databases, ensuring up-to-date content.
