You will analyse customer data, shape data-backed narratives, maintain an internal response repository, and drive a high-winning rate on high-value deals within a fast-paced, decarbonising business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in bid analysis, commercial operations, proposal management, or analytical commercial strategy.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English.
• Collaborative mindset with BDMs and cross-functional teams.
• Process-driven with templates, libraries, and scalable systems.
• Skeptical about AI, with critical judgement in final submissions.
• Numerically confident to analyse data and commercial models.
• Highly organised with project management rigor.
• Autonomous in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve.
• Passionate about decarbonisation and EV transition.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers to project-manage tender responses from intake to submission.
• Analyse customer data and bid requirements to build data-backed commercial narratives.
• Build, curate, and update an internal response repository with verified, high-quality answers.
• Manage the tender pipeline in CRM, tracking timelines and post-bid debriefs.
• Triages opportunities to focus BD and commercial efforts on high-value deals.
