Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to join an innovative team? This company is seeking a talented New Business Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in their growing operations.

About the Role

As the New Business Support, you will be responsible for supporting the Test Equipment bidding team in producing technical and costed proposals for all UK-delivered test solutions. This includes liaising with design/technical teams and subject matter experts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of proposals to the company's programmes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with an international team, contributing to the growing delivery of bids on time, on quality, and on cost to meet the programme needs.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Generation and compilation of UK bid costs from multi-disciplined areas of the business
  • Ensuring quick, informed decisions and taking initiative to address evolving project requirements
  • Maintaining cross-functional alignment and positive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managing the achievement of schedule adherence and delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifying and supporting opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Test Equipment New Business Support role will have:

  • Experience in compiling bid data from technical subject matter experts
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with different areas and levels of the business
  • Proficiency in common office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the product life-cycle, from concept to delivery and support
  • Flexibility to work on-site at the Stevenage location, with occasional travel to Bolton and France.
