Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Proposals Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the development of compelling bid submissions. You will work with project managers and subject matter experts to shape proposals, ensure the formal bid process is followed, and create persuasive customer-focused responses.

You will craft high-quality submissions, collaborate with graphic designers, and support the creation of effective customer presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitating answer plan sessions and win theme workshops.
• Proven experience in bid writing and bid editing to produce persuasive responses.
• Excellent resource planning and ability to work with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of quality bid submissions with bid managers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess technical bid requirements.
• Ensure formal bid processes are followed and improve the process.
• Coordinate writing, review, and editing to persuade customers.
• Support creation of clear customer presentations and bid ideas.
