Willmott Dixon Group is recruiting for a Proposals Manager to lead bid submissions across our Construction South projects. You will work with project managers and subject matter experts to craft persuasive responses that meet customer needs and strategic objectives, delivering winning bids.

The role involves writing, editing and coordinating bid content, with strong focus on layout in Adobe InDesign and Office tools.

Qualificações

• Experience of facilitating answer plan sessions and win theme workshops; managing tender reviews.
• Proven bid writing and bid editing to create persuasive responses.
• Excellent resource planning skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
• Construction sector experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of high-quality submissions and work with bid managers to enhance bid quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess technical bid requirements and help shape proposals.
• Ensure the formal bid process is followed and recommend process improvements.
• Support creation of clear customer presentations and contribute creative bid ideas.
