Job summary

Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Proposals Manager to join our Construction South team in Weybridge/Southampton. You will lead the writing, editing and coordination of bid submissions, working with project managers and subject matter experts to craft compelling responses that address customer drivers and sustainability goals.

You will manage the bid process, produce persuasive customer presentations, and collaborate with graphic designers to visualise offers.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing tender submissions.
• Ability to lead and coordinate complex bid responses.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of quality bid submissions and oversee the bid writing process.
• Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to shape proposals.
• Ensure formal bid process is followed and provide improvement recommendations.
