Morris & Spottiswood is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator to drive growth across M&E services and various sectors. You will lead bids, frameworks and client proposals, coordinating with senior leaders to craft compelling, compliant responses that communicate our capabilities and differentiators.

The role focuses on shaping high-quality written submissions, improving processes and bid content across public and private sector opportunities. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in proposals, bid or work-winning roles within construction, building services, FM or related environment.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of building services, MEP or services contracts.

Responsabilités

• Lead PQQs, tenders, framework submissions and client-specific proposals.
• Coordinate with senior leaders, service leads and SMEs to gather and shape content.
• Write clear, persuasive responses tailored to client priorities and criteria.
• Lead bid plans, review cycles, governance, and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and improve bid library with case studies, value propositions and capability statements.
• Support client interviews, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Lead accreditations, evidence and compliance content with HSQE and wider teams.
• Share best practice across the Group Proposals function and drive bid quality and efficiency.
