Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Bid Manager for our Belfast office to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewables projects. You will craft compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities and collaborate with SMEs to gather evidence and documentation.

They require proven bid management and writing experience, strong time-management, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission.
• Lead the preparation and submission of public and private sector bids.
• Produce clear, concise, and persuasive bid content within deadlines.
• Review, edit and enhance bid materials for quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather evidence and documentation.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions and criteria.
• Prepare supporting materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve the bid library with marketing alignment.
• Provide guidance to colleagues to develop bid-writing capabilities.
