Job summary

Manpower in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid lifecycle for mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation and maintenance projects. You will craft compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities, coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure bid compliance.

The role requires strong bid management and writing skills, excellent time management, and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead preparation and submission of public and private sector bids per client specs.
• Produce clear, concise bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance existing bid materials for quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather evidence and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare materials for bid presentations and interviews.
• Maintain and improve bid library with marketing team.
