Manpower is seeking a Bid Manager for our Belfast office to lead bid management and writing across mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewables projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders to produce compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities.

The role emphasises meeting tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with the marketing team to maintain bid libraries and improve process efficiencies.

• Proven experience in public sector bid management.
• Proven experience in public sector bid writing.
• Excellent time management under tight deadlines.
• High levels of accountability, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review to submission and mobilisation.
• Lead public and private sector bid submissions ensuring client specs are met.
• Produce clear, persuasive bid content within deadlines.
• Review and enhance bid materials for quality and impact.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather evidence and docs.
• Ensure submissions comply with tender instructions and evaluation criteria.
