Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually engaging bid and tender documents, ensuring submissions are professional, consistent and tailored to the brief.
• Create graphics, visualisations, diagrams and presentation materials that communicate complex information clearly.
• Manage the design process throughout the bid lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external support to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
• Review and refine final bid documents, ensuring layouts and graphics are accurate and polished.
