Building Design Partnership Limited (BDP) is expanding its international work-winning team and seeks an experienced Bid Coordinator to drive bid responses across local, national and international opportunities. You will coordinate bids, format submission documents in In-Design, and support business development with content for newsletters and awards entries.

You will report to the Regional Team Leader and collaborate with bid managers, senior management and technical leads, applying excellent

Formación

• Bid management experience with exposure to procurement or tender processes.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to format, proofread and manage submission documents to tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate bids and manage submission documents.
• Produce and format submission documents with the bids team and technical leads.
• Interpret bid deliverables and relay requirements to the team.
• Input data into marketing systems (contacts, CVs, project descriptions) and maintain accuracy.
• Support content creation for newsletters and bid collateral.
• Assist with awards submissions and capability statements.
