Join Our Hospitality Team as a Beverage Operations Manager

Our Ideal Hero Will Have:

• Proven experience in a senior beverage role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multiple outlets and teams.
• Strong operational knowledge of Opera, Micros, Guest Res Diary, or similar reservation systems.
• Excellent people management skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Oversee beverage operations across several bars within the resort.
