De Vere Grand Birmingham is seeking a bar back to support the Madeleine bar team and ensure seamless service from kitchen to guest areas. Flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays with opportunities to learn Grand Hospitality.

Roles include stocking glassware, maintaining clean workspaces, and assisting with food and beverage service. We offer competitive hourly pay (£12.71) plus service charges, staff discounts at De Vere properties, and a range of wellbeing and career development

Qualifications

A key and invaluable support for the Madeleine bar team and its operation. Our Bar backs work behind-the-scenes to ensure the bartenders have the tools and ample stock to meet the guest needs, as well as deliver our food smoothly from kitchen to guest. It is a great role for anyone who wants to gain experience in a bar setting, exposure to high-quality food and beverage products, and opportunity to learn key elements Grand Hospitality. We are offering flexible hours to suit your availability and the needs of the business. Work shift patterns are available through weekdays and weekends, days and evenings, and bank holidays.
