Cottrell Moore Ltd in Norwich is seeking a Travel Coordinator to deliver high-quality, bespoke worldwide holidays for a discerning client base.

You will handle bookings, flights, transfers and accommodation with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining client records and ensuring accurate documentation while providing excellent customer service. This is an office-based role with regular hours and a contributory bonus scheme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
• Manage holiday arrangements including flights, transfers and accommodation.
• Issue accurate travel documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and social media; maintain client records.
• Monitor and process payments, liaise with suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve queries.
• Support internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of each booking.
