Job summary
Audley Travel is recruiting for a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role based in the UK. The position offers flexible hybrid work with a minimum of 3 office days in Witney or London, plus a fixed weekend pattern.
The base salary is £27,900 plus commission, with excellent staff benefits and travel discounts. You will be the first point of contact for clients, use your destination knowledge to tailor travel options, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and databases.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and understand travel preferences.
- Inspire and recommend tailored travel options.
- Own the client experience from enquiry to handover to sales teams.
- Drive sales by converting enquiries into leads and bookings.
- Represent Audley Travel at client events.
