Job summary

Audley Travel is recruiting for a full-time, 37-hour-per-week role based in the UK. The position offers flexible hybrid work with a minimum of 3 office days in Witney or London, plus a fixed weekend pattern.

The base salary is £27,900 plus commission, with excellent staff benefits and travel discounts. You will be the first point of contact for clients, use your destination knowledge to tailor travel options, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Job description

This is a 37-hour full-time position, working either:

• Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and a fixed weekend shift of Sunday from 10am-6pm each week, OR


• 9-6pm Tuesday, 9-5:30pm Wednesday & Thursday, 9-5pm on Friday and a fixed weekend shift pattern of Saturday from 10-6pm each week


• One of the weekday shifts will be an evening shift (11:30-8pm) each week. To help you continue to plan your personal lives, we share these rota’s one quarter in advance.

Please note that a minimum of 3 days per week is required to be office based in our Oxfordshire or London offices.

• Champion the Brand: Represent Audley Travel at client events and create advocacy for our unique, bespoke approach.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

• One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.


• A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.


• The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Global Travel Managers from the hiring team.
