Job summary

Audley Travel is seeking a Travel Sales Manager (Regional Sales Manager) to lead a regional team from our Shepherd’s Bush, London or Witney offices. This fixed-term, part-time role runs until June 2027 with flexible hybrid working and weekend shifts pro-rated.

You’ll drive regional sales, develop talent, and ensure exceptional client experiences, while coordinating with suppliers and maintaining high standards of service.

Join Audley Travel and become our next Travel Sales Manager (internally called Regional Sales Manager).

This is a fixed term job share opportunity until June 2027, offering the following working hours:

Wednesday & Thursday 9-5.30pm, Friday 9-5pm, plus evening and weekend shifts pro-rated.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

• One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
• A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
• The last and final stage is an interview with two of our senior leaders from the hiring team.
• Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
