East Staffordshire Borough Council is seeking an experienced Benefits Team Leader to join the Shared Service Centre. You will lead the Benefits Team, ensuring delivery of Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services to residents, while guiding improvements and data reporting.

The role offers hybrid working between the Town Hall in Burton upon Trent and home-based arrangements, with generous leave and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in benefit administration or welfare services.
• Knowledge of MRI Academy system is advantageous.
• Experience leading a team in a public-sector setting.
• Strong communication with residents, businesses and colleagues.
