Lichfield District Council in Staffordshire is looking for an experienced Revenue and Benefits Officer to join our Revenue and Benefits team. You will deliver Council Tax, NNDR, BIDS, billing, collection and enforcement, while maintaining and pursuing debts for sundry income and Housing Benefit overpayments.

The role requires flexibility to work across service areas, with hybrid working and a 37 hour week. Training will expand Benefits processing knowledge and support the team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Revenues and Benefits processing or similar functions.
• Knowledge of Council Tax, NNDR and BIDS is desirable.
• Ability to interpret legislation and apply policies.
