PSPS (Public Sector Partnership Services) in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Benefits Systems professional to support and develop Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legislation.

You will work with colleagues, suppliers and partners to deliver accurate reporting, system upgrades, and improvements, while maintaining strong technical guidance and training across the Revenues & Benefits service.

Qualificações

• Experience in Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support with understanding of related processes and legislation.
• Data management and administration experience with strong IT skills (MS Office).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret and present data clearly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines; demonstrates initiative and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain Revenues and Benefits systems, manage user access and controls, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, deliver reconciliations, statutory returns, subsidy submissions and performance reporting.
• Support system upgrades, testing and digital transformation.
• Provide technical guidance and training, collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and partners to ensure effective service delivery.
