Role Overview:
A Benefits Realisation Manager is required to work within the Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) programme at Leidos Europe.
Leidos Europe is the prime contractor in a consortium spanning Leidos Supply Limited, Kuehne + Nagel, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and smaller specialist companies, operating the commodity procurement, storage, and distribution functions previously performed by the MOD’s Logistics Commodities and Services Operating Centre. LCST is implementing digital transformation for one of the world’s foremost military operations, while generating hundreds of millions in savings for the UK Government and taxpayers.
Working within the P3M team, the Benefits Realisation Manager will ensure alignment between business change activity and the programme's business cases. Liaising with stakeholders, you will build and develop strategies for delivering benefits, lead engagement, and ensure continuous improvement of the benefits management strategy.
Your responsibilities include monitoring controls, reporting risks, managing benefit realization plans, and communicating with stakeholders to keep the plan on track.
