Job summary

Ben Sherman in Livingston is seeking a Supervisor for a new store opening. The role supports the manager to drive sales, KPI growth, recruiting and developing the team, and maintaining premium visual merchandising to create a delightful shopping experience.

You will lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, process transactions, and adapt to the store's needs. The position offers 22.5 hours per week with a path to grow within a fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail industry.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.
• Willingness to wear uniform as part of dress code.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options for customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions in line with company guidelines.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
